Rione Monti Suites

The location of this place was amazing! Monti is a great neighborhood and is super walkable to other neighborhoods and larger attractions. Check-in was extremely easy and was accommodated when my flight got in a little later than it should have. It is a very homey feel, which was a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day. I also was able to retrieve my speaker that I left!!! They kept it safe and sound for me. The hospitality was amazing.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a map with directions to many popular sites, along with restaurant recommendations, and information for sites we asked about prior to coming. We arrived earlier than expected, but that was no problem. Our room was ready early and they accommodated us happily. Luggage drop off is no problem even if you arrive early and the room isn’t ready. The suites are in an excellent location close to Termini train station about a 10-13 minute walk making connections to many places easy. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants along with the colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Venezia, and the Pantheon. The suites are located on a side street in an unassuming and securely locked location making us feel safe. The room was clean, the staff attentive, friendly, and happy each day. We were celebrating our anniversary and on our bed, rose petals were beautifully placed on our swan sculptured towels adding a special, personal touch. In the commons area there is fridge to use as well as dishes in the cupboard along with a coffee and tea maker with coffee, sugar and many tea selections. Antonio and Isabella and their staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great, as it is close to many major sites.

The service was unmatched, the staff and owner were happy to provide us with whatever we needed and were incredibly helpful with showing us the hot spots/train and bus stops/attractions etc. In europe it is refreshing to have actual people to talk to, especially staff this friendly. The location is amazing and the room itself was the best we have stayed in in europe so far. It was so quiet to sleep at night, there was no outside noise at all. Also, they had by far the most comfortable pillows we have have encountered. 10/10!! Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to the hotel. I have chosen to return due to the positive experiences I have had during my stays. Similarly to my previous visit, the hotel staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Furthermore, when I requested a taxi, the staff promptly made arrangements and even went the extra mile by making a second call when the first driver did not arrive.

Communication with the staff (before, during, and after my stay) was very smooth with lots of reactivity. The staff also did its best to accomodate my request (e.g., leave my luggage all day on the last day of my stay). The hotel is very central (10 mn walk to some of the city main turistic sites and restaurants, cafes, etc..) though in a quiet side street. The room was large, very clean, with a comfortable bed and all amenities.
